TeamYouthMusic (TYM) is a youth-led initiative that connects families with passionate high school musicians who provide affordable, personalized, one-on-one lessons. Our mission is to spark a lifelong love of music in children by making quality instruction accessible—especially in underserved communities—while giving young teachers meaningful, well-paid opportunities to share their skills, manage their own schedules, and grow in a supportive environment. Together, our teachers, students, and families are building a vibrant community dedicated to enriching music education beyond the classroom.
